Terms and Conditions

1. Payments can be made through paypal (service charge may apply), email money transfer or cash.
2. Confirmation emails will be sent once payment has been confirmed, and items will be mailed within three days. Arrival depends on destination, pre-order items will take two weeks mailing time.
   
3. Please make payments within three days from the date of ordering.
4. Pickup is preferred, shipping/delivery will cost extra fees (dependable). 
5. Customers who are not in Greater Toronto Area, contact us for shipping rate to your area.  International customers can get shipping rates from eCrater.
   
6. We will not responsible for any lost/damges in regular mails, registered mails are recommended. However, tracking number is available for regular parcel within Canada.
   
7. All the shipments will be done by Canada Post, please refer to their website for details.

9. All prices are marked as Canadian Dollars (US Dollars at eCrater).
